On behalf of a secondary school located in Leyton, Protocol Education ae seeking to recruit a School Administrator.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills and will work in a busy office with a small team of staff.

The role will support a wide range of functions across the school including admin support within the Bursary/Finance Team, dealing with general enquiries, minute taking for internal meetings, purchasing and general support across the school. 

This role would be suitable for candidates with office admin/finance or PA experience and who are flexible and adaptable to meet the ever-changing needs of both pupils and the school. 

 

Requirements of a School Administrator:

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills
  • Good IT skills

Main responsibilities of a School Administrator:

  • Support with data entry 
  • Manage Pupil Attendance 
  • Manage the Admissions paperwork and prepare it for the office manager 
  • Answer and direct phone calls and school emails 
  • Support the office manager and assistant business manager as needed

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
