Protocol Education are seeking to appoint a Religious Education Teacher to join a mainstream secondary school in Walthamstow for the new academic year.

This post is open to ECT or experience teachers.

As a Religious Education Teacher you main area of focus will be PSHE supporting with RE and History.

This secondary school is a mixed 11-16 comprehensive school that solely focuses on the equality of each student and strives to provide an outstanding learning experience for every student.

The most recent Ofsted inspection in February 2018 judged the school to be Good.

The school is located in a new building with state-of-the-art facilities and situated with good transportation links nearby and onsite parking for those who drive.

 

Requirements of a Religious Education Teacher

  • ECT qualification or equivalent
  • Clear understanding of the curriculum
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills
  • Support the use of ICT equipment
