Skills:

Experience working with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant (SENTA), Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1), and Key Stage 2 (KS2).

Job Duties:

  • Supporting classroom teachers in delivering lessons
  • Assisting students with learning activities
  • Providing support to students with SEMH, ADHD, and other special educational needs
  • Implementing individual education plans for students
  • Assisting with behaviour management in the classroom

Required Qualifications:

  • Psychology Graduate

Education:

Degree in Psychology

Experience:

Previous experience working with students with SEMH, ADHD, and other special educational needs preferred

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Understanding of SEMH, ADHD, SENTA, EYFS, KS1, and KS2
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant
