Job Duties:

The Psychology Graduate will be responsible for assisting in the implementation of educational programmes for primary school students. Duties include supporting classroom activities, providing one-to-one assistance to students, and contributing to the development of educational resources.

Required Qualifications:

Applicants must hold a degree in Psychology, Criminology, or Education Studies or other Childcare related degrees. Previous childcare experience and experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) are essential.

Education:

A degree in Psychology, Criminology, or Education Studies is required.

Experience:

Candidates should have prior childcare experience and experience working with children with SEN.

Knowledge and Skills:

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of curriculum requirements, the ability to work effectively in a team, be proactive, and demonstrate a passion for education, particularly in primary education.

Preferred Qualifications:

Additional qualifications in child psychology or special education would be advantageous.

Working Conditions:

The role is based in a primary school setting in Southwark, Greater London.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
