As a Primary Teaching Assistant with us, you'll play a key role in supporting our teachers, assisting with lesson preparation, and providing individualized support to students. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with teachers to create dynamic and engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students.

  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued, respected, and supported.
  • Assist with classroom activities, projects, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Foster positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents, promoting open communication and a sense of community.

Requirements:

  • A genuine passion for working with children and a desire to make a difference in their lives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt to the individual needs of each student.
  • A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a collaborative spirit.
  • Previous experience working with children or in a school environment is advantageous but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
