About the Role:
As a Primary Teaching Assistant with Protocol Education, you will play a crucial role in supporting the learning and development of primary school students in Enfield.
Key Responsibilities:
Classroom Support: Provide one-on-one and group support to students, assisting with learning activities and ensuring their well-being.
Differentiation: Collaborate with teachers to adapt learning materials and activities to meet the diverse needs of students in the classroom.
Behaviour Management: Implement strategies to promote positive behavior and create a supportive learning environment for all students.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with teachers and other support staff to deliver effective support and maximize student progress.
School Vision Integration: Embrace and promote the school's values and vision, contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent qualifications). Previous experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
