Protocol Education is currently seeking enthusiastic Primary Teachers to join our team on a supply basis for primary schools in Epping Forest and surrounding areas. As a Primary School Teacher working through Protocol Education, you will have the opportunity to inspire and engage young minds in various primary school settings across Epping Forest. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences, following the school's curriculum and fostering a positive learning environment conducive to academic and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the needs of the students.
  • Implement effective behavior management strategies to create a supportive classroom environment.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
  • Collaborate with school staff and parents to ensure the best outcomes for students.
  • Uphold the ethos and values of each school you work in, promoting inclusion and diversity.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience working with primary-aged children, preferably in a classroom setting.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in different school environments.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
