Job Description:

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Supply Primary School Teachers to join our team. As a supply teacher, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of primary schools, covering short-term absences, long-term placements, and supporting with additional staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering engaging and effective lessons across the primary curriculum.
  • Adapting teaching methods to suit the needs of different students and classroom environments.
  • Managing classroom behavior and ensuring a positive learning environment.
  • Following school policies and procedures.
  • Providing feedback to regular classroom teachers on student progress and behavior.
  • Maintaining accurate records of work completed.

 

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Experience working as a primary school teacher.
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and teaching assignments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and willingness to take on short-notice assignments.
  • Valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check or willingness to undergo one.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
