Job Duties:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver captivating lessons tailored to meet students' individual needs
- Implement effective behaviour management strategies to foster a positive learning atmosphere
- Assess and evaluate student progress using various assessment methods
- Communicate proficiently with parents, colleagues, and professionals to nurture student development
- Participate in school meetings, training sessions, and professional growth opportunities
Required Qualifications: PGCE, QTS, Degree in Education or related field
Education: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience: Prior experience teaching primary school students is preferred
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong grasp of the primary curriculum and educational best practices
- Excellent behaviour management abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate harmoniously with colleagues and stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications: Additional training or certifications in Special Educational Needs (SEN) or Safeguarding
Working Conditions:
- Work across various schools within the East Midlands region, following the school term calendar and schedule

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
