Job Duties:

  • Providing cover for primary classes on a daily supply basis.
  • Delivering engaging and effective lessons to primary school students.
  • Adhering to school policies and procedures while maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment.
  • Collaborating with permanent teaching staff to ensure continuity in student learning.
  • Completing necessary administrative tasks related to teaching and classroom management.

Required Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Demonstrated experience in teaching Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 students.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in primary education settings.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum for primary education.
  • Excellent classroom management and behaviour management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
