Job Duties:

  • Provide cover for teachers on PPA time and daily supply requirements
  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
  • Adhere to school policies and procedures
  • Manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment
  • Assess students' progress and provide feedback
  • Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development

Required Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field

Experience:

  • Prior experience in teaching PPA and covering daily supply in primary schools
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a classroom

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of the UK primary curriculum
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Additional certifications in specific primary education areas

Working Conditions:

This role will require flexibility in working hours and locations, as well as the ability to adapt to different classroom environments and teaching styles.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
