Job Duties:
- Provide cover teaching for PPA and daily supply at primary school level
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
- Adhere to school policies and procedures
- Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment
- Assess students' work and provide feedback
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver lessons
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Education:
- Degree in Education or relevant field
Experience:
- Proven experience teaching in a primary school setting
- Experience with PPA cover and daily supply teaching
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong understanding of the UK primary curriculum
- Excellent classroom management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all students
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional training in special education or specific subject areas
Working Conditions:
- Work in a school environment with primary-aged children
- Full-time hours with potential for varied assignments
