The Role: As a Post 16 SEND Support Worker, you will provide person-centered support to our SEND students, assisting them in achieving their educational targets while also nurturing their emotional and social development. You'll play a vital role in monitoring their progress and promptly reporting any issues that arise.

  • Previous experience working with SEND individuals is preferred.
  • Ready to embrace a challenge and make a meaningful impact.
  • Confidence to take initiative in supporting students' educational, emotional, behavioral, and social development.
  • Ability to handle challenging behaviors with compassion and understanding.
