I am recruiting a dedicated individual to work alongside experienced staff in a high-quality and well-resourced environment as a Post 16 Pastoral Lead.
This is an exciting role within a popular Post 16 department, perfect for someone with a true passion and talent for supporting the behaviour, pastoral care, and overall welfare of Key Stage 5 students.
Your focus will be on creating and maintaining a purposeful and disciplined learning environment, ensuring that students thrive academically and personally.
The role of Post 16 Pastoral Lead demands applicants with a proven track record of working with young people, establishing successful relationships, and enforcing behaviour management.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
