Position: Performing Arts and Physical Education Teacher
Salary: £120-£180 per day
We're looking for a dynamic Learning Area Leader in Performing Arts and Physical Education to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Inspire and lead the Learning Area Team for high-quality teaching in Performing Arts and Physical Education.
- Foster a creative and innovative teaching environment.
- Demonstrate outstanding leadership and managerial skills within the Learning Area.
- Develop a strong ethos of high achievement and success, setting clear expectations.
- Track, monitor, and support student progress within the Learning Area.
- Ensure standards are raised and excellent progress across all subjects in Performing Arts and Physical Education.
- Showcase a proven track record of successful pupil outcomes in Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
- Contribute experience to the continuous improvement of teaching and learning practices.

Requirements:
- Hold relevant qualifications and certifications in education, focusing on Performing Arts and Physical Education.
- Qualified Teaching Status (QTS) or PGCE is essential.
- Previous experience in a similar leadership role with a track record of delivering successful outcomes.
- Meet the outlined person specification for the role.
- Successful candidate subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
