Pastoral Support Assistant

 

We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity to a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our thriving staff body as a Pastoral Support Assistant

In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing essential pastoral support to students who need it the most. By building strong relationships with both teaching and support staff, you will work collaboratively to ensure that each student is equipped with the necessary tools to succeed.

This position is ideal for an individual that holds experience supporting 11-16 year old children & holds proven track record of supporting students' well-being and personal development. 

However, we also welcome applications from individuals who have a strong desire to learn and make a positive impact on students' lives. The team at this school is known for their hard work, unwavering support, and warm welcome to all new staff members.

As a Pastoral Support Assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a significant difference in students' lives, helping them overcome challenges, develop resilience, and thrive both academically and personally. 

Your role will involve working closely with students, providing guidance, mentoring, and a listening ear when needed. By fostering positive relationships and creating a nurturing environment, you will contribute to the overall well-being and success of our school community.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
