Job Title: Nursery Assistant

Are you passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners? Nurseries In Lincoln are seeking a dynamic and caring Nursery Assistant to join our team and play a crucial role in the growth and development of their little ones.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of high-quality care and education to children aged 0-4 in nursery.
  • Assist in creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment that promotes children's social, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Collaborate with the Nursery team to plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational experiences.
  • Provide individualized attention to meet the needs of each child, fostering a positive and supportive atmosphere.
  • Maintain positive relationships with parents and guardians, ensuring effective communication about each child's progress and daily experiences.
  • Contribute to the overall cleanliness and organization of the nursery.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting is advantageous.
  • A genuine passion for working with young children and a commitment to their well-being.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
