Job Title: Level 2 and Level 3 Nursery Assistant

Location: Saxilby, Lincolnshire

Are you a dedicated and qualified Nursery Assistant with either Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification? The nurseries we work with are excited to welcome passionate individuals to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional care and education for young children.

Responsibilities:

  • Level 2 Nursery Assistant:

    • Assist in creating a safe and stimulating environment for children.
    • Support the planning and implementation of engaging activities.
    • Provide care and attention to meet the needs of each child.
  • Level 3 Nursery Assistant:

    • Play a key role in planning and delivering high-quality care and education.
    • Contribute to creating a curriculum that fosters children's holistic development.
    • Mentor and guide less experienced staff.
  • Both Levels:

    • Collaborate with the Nursery team to maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
    • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
    • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the nursery.

Requirements:

  • Level 2 Nursery Assistant:

    • Minimum of Level 2 qualification in Early Years or equivalent.
    • Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting.
  • Level 3 Nursery Assistant:

    • Minimum of Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent.
    • Proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating leadership skills.
  • A genuine passion for working with young children and a commitment to their well-being.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

  • A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
