Job Title: Level 2 and Level 3 Nursery Assistant
Location: Saxilby, Lincolnshire
Are you a dedicated and qualified Nursery Assistant with either Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification? The nurseries we work with are excited to welcome passionate individuals to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional care and education for young children.
Responsibilities:

Level 2 Nursery Assistant:
- Assist in creating a safe and stimulating environment for children.
- Support the planning and implementation of engaging activities.
- Provide care and attention to meet the needs of each child.

Level 3 Nursery Assistant:
- Play a key role in planning and delivering high-quality care and education.
- Contribute to creating a curriculum that fosters children's holistic development.
- Mentor and guide less experienced staff.

Both Levels:
- Collaborate with the Nursery team to maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the nursery.
Requirements:

Level 2 Nursery Assistant:
- Minimum of Level 2 qualification in Early Years or equivalent.
- Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting.

Level 3 Nursery Assistant:
- Minimum of Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating leadership skills.

A genuine passion for working with young children and a commitment to their well-being.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
