Job Duties:
- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging Maths lessons to students
- Assess and evaluate students' progress and provide feedback
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the Maths curriculum
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Degree in Mathematics or related field
- Knowledge of the UK National Curriculum
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or related field
Experience:
Prior experience teaching Maths at secondary school level
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong understanding of Maths concepts and principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage and motivate students
- Organisational and time-management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate qualification in Education
- Experience using technology in teaching Maths
Working Conditions:
- Normal school hours, with additional time for lesson planning and assessment
- Classroom-based teaching with some extracurricular responsibilities

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
