Your new role:

Secondary Maths teacher located in Cambridge, starting in September!

Protocol Education is seeking passionate and dedicated Maths teachers, including newly qualified teachers to join our team.

Job Duties:

  • Plan, prepare and deliver engaging math lessons for students
  • Assess and evaluate student progress regularly
  • Provide individualised support to students as needed
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and school leadership

Required Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Degree in Mathematics or related field

Education:

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or related field

Experience:

Proven experience teaching Mathematics at the secondary level

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum for Mathematics
  • Excellent classroom management skills
  • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
  • Experience using technology in the classroom

Working Conditions:

This role is based in a school setting, following the school calendar and timetable. The teacher will work full-time hours during term time.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
