We at Protocol Education are searching Teaching Assistants in the Doncaster area, with an eagerness and passion to aid children with their education, to join our successful primary supply teaching team. Candidates will have the flexibility and support to engage in part time, long term or permanent roles, as desired.

As a successful candidate you will:

• Hold a minimum of a Level 3 in Childcare.

• Have a good understanding of the need to be a diverse, patient, inspiring and inclusive throughout.

• Have some experience working with children of either EYFS, infant and junior ages.

• Have a genuine desire to be part of a committed team of school staff to deliver quality assistance.

• Ideally have experience engaging with learning in a variety of age groups, environments and cultures.

Key responsibilities:

• Assisting pupils and teachers to raise progress levels and obtain knowledge that is expected for relevant key stage.

• Facilitating small group interventions

. • Gaining positive relationships with pupil’s full support systems eg: parents, carers, professionals (as required)

• Acting upon instruction and guidance given by teacher or senior members of staff the ensure lessons are delivered to a high standard.
