The Role includes:
-Working 5 days a week within the school, supporting students with complex Autism as well as profound needs.
-Learning and developing your LSA skills
-Working closely with parents to ensure what is carried out at school is continued at home
-A friendly and positive approach to teaching and learning, as well as the ability to quickly build up strong relationships and rapport with individual children
Requirements
- Must be able to work full time 5 days a week 8:30am - 4:00pm
- Have experience of complex special needs either from working in a childrens residential home or a SEN Provision
- Must be resiliant
- Be able to hit the ground running and know what support is required for the children

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
