Looking for a SEN LSA that has experience within a SEN provision or a childrens residential care home. The school I am working with the children have profound and very complex needs and therefore experience is a essential.

The Role includes:

-Working 5 days a week within the school, supporting students with complex Autism as well as profound needs. 

-Learning and developing your LSA skills

-Working closely with parents to ensure what is carried out at school is continued at home

-A friendly and positive approach to teaching and learning, as well as the ability to quickly build up strong relationships and rapport with individual children

 

Requirements

  • Must be able to work full time 5 days a week 8:30am - 4:00pm
  • Have experience of complex special needs either from working in a childrens residential home or a SEN Provision
  • Must be resiliant 
  • Be able to hit the ground running and know what support is required for the children
