Job Duties:

Our partner schools in Hackney are looking for Learning Support Assistants who will provide support to students with learning difficulties or disabilities. You will assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs), provide one-to-one support, and help students access the curriculum.

The role may involve helping with personal care and facilitating social interactions.

Our schools are keen to hear from motivated, enthusiastic and reliable LSA's and in return they will offer brilliant training and support.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths

Education:

Relevant qualification in Education or Special Educational Needs (SEN) is desirable

Experience:

Prior experience working with individuals with learning difficulties or disabilities is desirable. 

Working Conditions:

The role may require some flexibility in working hours to accommodate student needs. The Learning Support Assistant will work closely with teachers, parents, and external professionals to support student development.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
