Protocol Education are currently working with a Primary School with a Good reputation. They are now seeking for a successful Learning Support Assistant for a 121-assisting role

Based near: Colindale – Learning Support Assistant

Responsibilities:
• Support the Teacher to provide education for young children
• Able to build relationships quickly, caring and flexible
• Support any student’s behaviour programme
• Helping children prepare for activities and external classes like PE
• Provide positive reinforcements, praise and rewards to children in a 121 environment
• Good opportunity for an experience Learning Support Assistant to develop their experience with Special Educational Needs
• Have a genuine passion for teaching and learning
• SEN experience and living locally near Brent Cross
• Provide appropriate role models of behaviour both in the classroom and around school
• Knowledge of positive handling techniques desirable
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
