Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Key Stage 1 Supply Teacher to join our team starting in September. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences for our Key Stage 1 students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of Key Stage 1 students.
- Provide a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and respected.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure continuity and consistency in teaching and learning.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and achievement.
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers, building positive relationships to support student development.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Previous experience teaching Key Stage 1 students is desirable but not essential.
- Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 1 curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching approaches to meet the diverse needs of students.
