Protocol Education are currently recruiting for a exceptional Primary School in Wiltshire searching for a applicant to support pupils with complex needs.

This position is temporary, with a view to becoming permanent. This will suit a candidate who is dedicated to working effectively to provide the best learning opportunities for each and every child.

Our aim is to take on a candidate who is able to build positive relationships with pupils and who have a range of effective, positive behaviour management skills. We can offer the successful applicant experience working in a large school with experienced, dedicated staff and a caring pastoral team.

Position: Part-Time/Full-Time vacancies available

Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm.

Experience in this role is desirebale but not essential, the right candidate should be adaptable, proactive and positive.

Start date: March 2024

  • Deal with challenging situations calmly and sensitively
  • Use initiative to 'think outside the box' in their approach to supporting children with additional needs
  • Be passionate about pupil's academic, social and emotional needs
  • Have a supportive and encouraging attitude, to inspire trust and to motivate students
  • Display confidence in working with other members of staff and parents/carers 
  • Have excellent interpersonal and transparency skills
