Protocol Education are currently recruiting for a thriving Primary School in Wiltshire looking for a candidate to support pupils with complex needs.

This position will suit a candidate who is committed to working positively to provide the best learning opportunities for every and every child.

We are looking for someone who is able to build positive relationships with pupils and who have a range of effective, positive behaviour management skills. We can provide the successful candidate experience working in a large school with experienced, skilled staff and a supportive pastoral team.

This role is ideal for someone seeing to gain valuable classroom experience prior to embarking on a teaching career, or a great opportunity for any graduates seeking a bold new career change. 

Whilst experience is desirebale but not essential, the right candidate should be adaptable, proactive and positive.

Start date: March 2024

The successful applicant will:

- To support in managing the behaviour of pupils whilst they undertake their work and ensuring a constructive and positive environment is always enforced.

- Be creative and ‘think outside of the box’ in their approach to supporting pupils with additional needs

- Be enthusiastic about pupil's academic and social and emotional needs

- Have a supportive and encouraging attitude, to inspire trust and to motivate students

- Be confident in liaising with other staff and parents/carers 

- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
