Protocol Education are working alongside a Secondary school in Wiltshire who are very keen to appoint passionate High Level Teaching Assistant to work in the Maths department working across years 7-9. 

Assisting the maths department in offering extra support and cover, you will become a vital part of the department, and wider school teaching staff.

Job Overview

-          Contribute effectively to the class teachers planning and preparation of lessons and interventions.

-          Work within the topic set by the teacher and support and plan own role within the lesson

-          Deliver effective one to one and small group interventions to help develop learning and fill in missing gaps of understanding.

-          Assist class teacher and wider teaching team in behaviour management and promoting school values

-          Occasionally cover lessons across the Maths department.
