Are you a dynamic, adaptable, and passionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant seeking flexibility and variety in your role? We are a leading education agency dedicated to providing exceptional support to primary schools across Leeds. We are currently seeking enthusiastic Supply HLTA's to join our team on a flexible basis.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality support to teachers and pupils within primary school settings.
  • Lead small group activities, including literacy, numeracy, and intervention sessions.
  • Assist in planning, preparation, and delivery of lessons under the guidance of teaching staff.
  • Offer support and guidance to pupils, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of pupil progress.
  • Uphold the ethos and values of the school whilst representing our agency professionally.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of HLTA qualification or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working as an HLTA within primary schools.
  • Ability to adapt to different teaching styles and environments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel to various school locations.
  • Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
