Protocol Education is actively seeking a dynamic and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to become an integral part of a thriving college in Redbridge.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Learning Support Department, facilitating the delivery of learning and work programs starting in 2024. As a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include overseeing agreed learning activities under the guidance of the SENCO and teaching staff, adhering to school policies and guidelines. Additionally, you will play a key role in planning, preparing, and delivering learning activities for individuals or groups, with a primary focus on monitoring student progress.
