Graduate Intern Teaching Assistant

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

Deliver 1:1 and small group intervention programs in Maths or English.

Provide feedback to students on their progress and achievements.

Support students with diverse needs, including Special Educational Needs, English as an Additional Language, and disadvantaged backgrounds.

Support students' educational, social, and emotional development.

Assist individuals and groups inside and outside the classroom.

Contribute to student behaviour management and promote independent learning.

Maintain accurate records and document student progress.

Collaborate with teachers, colleagues, and parents/carers.

Support inclusive education and provide differentiated resources.

Support students eligible for Pupil Premium funding.

 

Requirements:

 

Degree qualification or equivalent.

Good level of English and Maths (GCSE grade C or above).

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Flexible, adaptable, and calm under pressure.

Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent attendance and punctuality.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
