Job Description:
We are currently seeking passionate and adaptable Supply EYFS Teachers to cover classes in early years settings, including nursery and reception classes. As a Supply EYFS Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work on a flexible basis, covering short-term absences, long-term placements, and day-to-day assignments within the EYFS framework.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons and activities in line with the EYFS framework.
- Create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment that promotes children's holistic development.
- Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning experiences.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff to ensure continuity of care and learning in the absence of the regular class teacher.
- Assess children's progress and provide feedback to support their individual learning journey.
- Follow safeguarding and health and safety procedures at all times.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with experience teaching in early years settings.
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and principles.
- Creativity and enthusiasm for delivering play-based learning experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children and adults.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in different early years settings and with different age groups.
- Valid DBS check or willingness to undergo one.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
