Responsibilities:
As an EYFS Teacher, you will be responsible for fostering a stimulating and supportive learning environment for children in their early years. Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Planning and delivering age-appropriate, play-based lessons that align with the EYFS framework.
- Assessing and tracking the development of individual children, providing tailored support as needed.
- Creating a warm and inclusive atmosphere that encourages curiosity and exploration.
- Collaborating with teaching assistants and other staff to ensure a holistic approach to child development.
- Building strong partnerships with parents to support the transition from home to school.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with a focus on early years education.
- Experience teaching in an early years or nursery setting.
- In-depth understanding of the EYFS framework and effective teaching strategies for young learners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in working with young children.
- Genuine enthusiasm for creating a positive and nurturing learning environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
