Exciting Opportunity: Entry-Level Teaching Assistant Wanted in Sunderland!

Protocol Education is seeking a dedicated Entry-Level Teaching Assistant who is passionate about advancing children's education and skills, particularly those with Special Educational Needs (SEN). This role offers you the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students with SEN.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with teachers and SEN professionals to offer targeted support to students with special educational needs.
  • Assist in devising personalized learning plans and modifying materials to suit individual requirements.
  • Cultivate a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that fosters growth and inclusivity.
  • Establish strong connections with students, prioritizing their well-being and academic progress.

Requirements:

  • No prior experience necessary; comprehensive training will be provided.
  • A sincere interest in working within the special education field.
  • While relevant certifications or qualifications are advantageous, they are not mandatory.
  • This role is well-suited for graduates or individuals with personal experience of working with SEND.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
