Position Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic individuals with a passion for education to join us as Entry-Level Educators. In this role, you will receive training and mentorship to develop the skills and knowledge needed to become a successful educator, making a positive impact on students' lives from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in planning, preparing, and delivering lessons across various subjects and year groups
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who require additional help with their learning
- Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and supported
- Support students with special educational needs or disabilities in accessing the curriculum and participating in classroom activities
- Collaborate with colleagues to assess student progress, provide feedback, and develop individualized support plans
Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
