Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with teachers to support the delivery of engaging and effective lessons, helping to inspire a love of learning in our students and create positive educational experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in planning, preparing, and delivering lessons across various subjects and year groups
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who require additional help with their learning
- Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and supported
- Support students with special educational needs or disabilities in accessing the curriculum and participating in classroom activities
- Assist with administrative tasks and other duties as needed to support the smooth running of the school
Requirements:
