Job Type: Full Teacher Role

Salary: £120 - £145 Per day

Job Duties:

  • Deliver engaging and interactive English lessons to students
  • Develop and implement lesson plans in line with the curriculum
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practises

Required Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Degree in English or relevant field
  • Strong knowledge of English language and literature

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in English or related field
  • PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education) or equivalent

Experience:

  • Prior experience teaching English to students
  • Experience working in a school or educational setting
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and motivate students

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs
  • Passion for education and fostering student development

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Education or English
  • Additional teaching certifications or specialisations

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time role with regular school hours
  • Classroom-based teaching with some administrative duties

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
