Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us as an Educational Psychology Assistant. In this role, you will work closely with our team of educational psychologists to assist in conducting assessments, collecting data, and implementing interventions to support students' learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in administering and scoring standardized assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, academic, and socio-emotional functioning
  • Collect and analyze data related to students' behavior, academic progress, and other relevant factors
  • Support the development and implementation of individualized support plans and interventions based on assessment findings
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to coordinate support services and facilitate communication and collaboration
  • Assist in providing training and consultation to school staff on best practices in educational psychology and evidence-based interventions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in educational psychology
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
