Educational Cover Supervisor

Salary £385 - £525 per week.
The class is raring to go, and they are loving the topic of the week, the only problem is that the teacher is off sick! In steps the Cover Supervisor. With a cover lesson prepared for you, you take the lead. Guiding the class through the incredible and unknown as imaginations begin to wonder and skill sets begin to form.
No experience is needed, but if you have any previous experiance within the education or childcare sectors and want to make a difference in the Hexham area, then we’d love to hear from you.

As an Educational Cover Supervisor your role will include,
- Presenting cover lessons to classrooms.
- Supervising and supporting pupils while they attempt tasks.
- Aiding students in accessing and understanding the curriculum.
- Monitoring behaviour and welfare of pupils.
- Helping to ensure all students have access to equal opportunities.
- To be vigilant in safeguarding.
The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent interpersonal communication skills, including speaking and listening in a group environment. You will have the passion and the drive to create a fun atmosphere for the class and push a positive ‘want to learn’ attitude.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
