We collaborate with numerous nurseries, both private and within school settings, and we are seeking exceptional Early Years Practitioners and Nursery Assistants who are passionate about contributing to the development of young children. Key responsibilities include:

  • Cultivating an inclusive and supportive atmosphere where every child feels secure.
  • Providing engaging and stimulating activities that promote development.
  • Facilitating structured group activities while encouraging learning through play.
  • Assisting children in acquiring essential skills such as alphabet recognition, counting, and speech development.

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • A valid and up-to-date DBS check or the willingness to obtain one.
  • The right to work in the UK.
  • Previous experience working with children.
  • A solid understanding of child development.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with both children and adults.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • A collaborative and welcoming approach to teamwork.
