Early Years Practitioner in Ealing 

Protocol Education are currently working with a Nursery in Ealing who are searching for an Early Years Practitioner to join their team. Childcare qualifications for this role are not essential however relevant experience working with children aged 0-5 years is essential. The successful candidate should have exceptional knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum and they will be required to follow this framework during working hours. This job is full-time, starting ASAP.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Be creative and enthusiastic 
  • Preparing and maintaining the environment with resources and creative activities 
  • Ensuring that all Health, Safety and Hygiene requirements are always adhered to
  • Preperation of food including breakfast, snack and afternoon tea
  • Supporting children's self-help needs 
  • Being a team player 
  • Establish positive relationships with the young children 
  • Develop children's initiated play
