I am currently looking for a qualified Early Years Educator for an amazing preschool room with at least one year experience in childcare and good knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage, Safeguarding and Child Protection. Children develop best when they feel secure in their environment. So, to join the team you must have the natural ability to develop a caring bond with children, understand their needs even if they can't express themselves in words, and be patient with them as they learn about the world around them through messy play... if you think this sounds like you send over your CV.

Job role: Early years practitioner (Part time) OR (Full time available) 

Job description:

 (Monday-Wednesday 9am-5pm)

  • Have experience working with 2–5-year-old children in a nursery or childcare setting
  • Have recent working experience and knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
  • Preparing and maintaining the environment and resources for the children.
  • Preparation of food for breakfast, snack and afternoon tea.
  • Supporting children’s self-help needs.
  • Providing an excellent range of activities that ensures that the child learns whilst having fun.
  • Being creative and enthusiastic.

To be eligible for this role:

  • You must have a valid DBS (on the update service)
  • Qualified with Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Relevant experience supporting children including youth workers, support workers or tutors will be taken into consideration
  • Be able to provide two professional or relevant educational references within the last three years.
