Requirements:

  • Solid understanding of Development Matters (2021)
  • Experience working with children in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Graduate degree, Learning and Development, or relevant Teaching Assistant diploma (desirable)
  • Previous employment or voluntary experience in a school or nursery setting is essential
  • Supportive, nurturing, empathetic, and friendly demeanor
  • Clear and strong communication skills
  • Fluent English speaker
  • Grade C or above in GCSE English and Maths
  • Enhanced DBS on the DBS Update Service
  • 2 references from the past 2 years
