Requirements:
- Solid understanding of Development Matters (2021)
- Experience working with children in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Graduate degree, Learning and Development, or relevant Teaching Assistant diploma (desirable)
- Previous employment or voluntary experience in a school or nursery setting is essential
- Supportive, nurturing, empathetic, and friendly demeanor
- Clear and strong communication skills
- Fluent English speaker
- Grade C or above in GCSE English and Maths
- Enhanced DBS on the DBS Update Service
- 2 references from the past 2 years
