Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging lessons as a Design Technology Teacher in accordance with the school's curriculum and educational standards.
- Inspire and motivate students to explore and excel in the field of Design Technology.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages creativity and critical thinking.
- Utilise innovative teaching methods and resources to enhance the learning experience.
- Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the ongoing development of the curriculum as Design Technology Teacher.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field (Master's degree preferred).
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
- Proven experience as a Design Technology Teacher at secondary level.
- Strong knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and design principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
