We don’t require you to have any prior experience working within a school. We acknowledge your transferable skills which you have gained from employment or studies. All we look for in your application is a passion for working with children and young people.

We have positive relationships with schools across Hounslow who are continuously looking for educators to take on a wide range of roles.

Roles we offer in schools:

  • Entry level teaching assistant – classroom-based support role
  • Learning Support assistant - 1:1 or small group support for SEND or SEMH students.
  • Cover supervisor – General classroom cover for long-term staff absence.
  • Admin: school reception role


The requirements:

  • Has the right to work in the UK
  • Has or is willing to apply for an enhanced DBS
  • Is passionate about a career in education.
  • Has positive verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
  • Adapts will to new environments.
  • Is confident maintaining a possible work environment.

We aim to find out educator’s long-term roles within a school which may request to take you on permanently.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
