Role Overview: As a Cover Supervisor in Leeds, you will play a crucial role in maintaining continuity in the classroom in the absence of the regular teacher. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising classes in various subjects and year groups in the absence of the teacher.
- Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans and ensuring students remain on task.
- Managing classroom behavior and promoting a positive learning environment.
- Providing support to students with their learning and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Liaising with teaching staff and school administrators to ensure the smooth running of lessons.
Requirements:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Previous experience working with children or in a similar role is desirable but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
