Job Title: Cover Supervisor - Protocol Education

Location: Various schools within Watford/Hertfordshire

Protocol Education, a leading education recruitment agency, is currently seeking dedicated and reliable Cover Supervisors to join our team. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive and productive learning environment in various schools within Watford/Hertfordshire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring a positive and focused learning atmosphere.
  • Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and materials, maintaining continuity in the absence of the teacher.
  • Manage behavior effectively, promoting a positive and respectful classroom culture.
  • Support and engage with students, providing assistance with learning activities when required.
  • Follow school policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in different schools and cover a variety of subjects.
  • Previous experience working with children or young people is advantageous.
  • Ability to confidently manage classroom behavior and dynamics.
  • A commitment to promoting a positive learning environment.
