Construction Tutor – Kirklees - SEMH setting - Permanent

Our Client, an alternative provision based in Kirklees are seeking a Construction Tutor to join their team aftyer the half term.

Essential Criteria for Construction Tutor

  • Previous experience of working with emotional regulation and with positive behaviour/de-escalation strategies.
  • Teaching qualification: PTLLS, DTTLS, CTTLS, PGCE, QTS 
  • Experience delivering Construction or applicable Technology subject 
  • Qualification to the equivalent of degree level in a specialist subject or a related subject
  • You enjoy using a therapeutic approach to teaching.
  • Holistic and inclusive ethos 
  • Experience with SEMH, Trauma, Sensory processing, social communication teaching background.
