Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality computing lessons to students of all abilities, ensuring the curriculum is effectively covered.

Plan and prepare engaging lesson materials that cater to different learning styles and encourage active participation.

Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes curiosity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Provide constructive feedback and support to students, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.

Keep up-to-date with advancements in technology and computing, incorporating relevant developments into your teaching.

Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching methods and resources.

Requirements:

Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent in computing or a related field.

Strong knowledge and understanding of computing concepts, programming languages, and emerging technologies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.

A passion for education and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of young people.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
