The Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting teachers and students within the primary school setting. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting teachers in delivering engaging activities.
  • Providing one-on-one support to students who may require additional assistance.
  • Helping to create a stimulating learning environment that encourages creativity and exploration.
  • Supporting classroom management and behaviour management strategies.
  • Contributing to the overall positive atmosphere within the school community.

Requirements:.

  • Passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
